Last preparations to reopen America
President Trump
reveals the state’s plan to open America.
The plan to open the United States again is
very well studied as it will be completed through three main phases.
The reopening decision is taken based on up
to data and readiness and as to protect the vulnerable, and it would be implementable
on statewide or county by county.
The hospitals will be treating patients
without crisis care, as well as robust testing program will be used in place of
at risk health care workers, including emerging antibody testing.
Phase one: for states and regions that
satisfy the gating criteria.
Individuals should continue to shelter in
place and should be aware that by going back to work or other environments
where distancing is not practical, they could carry the virus back home. Precautions
should be taken to isolate from vulnerable residents.
All individuals in public must maximize
physical distancing. Social settings of more than 10 people with no appropriate
respect of distancing should be avoided.
Non-essential travels too should be
minimized and adhere to CDC guidelines regarding isolation following travel.
As for employers, it’s better to continue
telework whenever possible or feasible with business operations. And if
possible return to work in phases.
Closing of common eras where personnel are
likely to congregate and interact.
Schools and organized youth activities that
are currently closed will remain closed.
Visits to senior living facilities should
be prohibited and those who do interact with resident and patients must adhere
to strict protocols regarding hygiene.
Gyms can be opened if they adhere to strict
protocols such as distancing.
Bars should remain closed.
Phase two: for states and regions with no evidence
of a rebound and that satisfy the gating criteria a second time.
For individuals shelter will still be in
place.
Individuals in public places will be urged
to remain a maximized distancing. And social settings of more than 50 people,
where appropriate distancing may not be respected should be avoided unless
precautionary measures are observed.
Non-essential travel can resume.
For employees the same actions of phase one
will be carried out concerning telework.
Common areas where possible gathering and
interactions will remain closed.
For phase two schools and organized youth
activities can reopen. And for visits to elderly houses and facilities will
remain prohibited unless following necessary strict protocols.
Gyms can remain open under the previous conditions.
As for bars, which may operate with
diminished standing room occupancy, where applicable and appropriate.
Phase three: for states and regions with no
evidence of a rebound and that satisfy the gating criteria a third time.
Individuals can resume public interactions,
but should practice physical distancing, minimizing exposure to social settings
where distancing may not be practical, unless precautionary measures are
observed.
Low-risk populations should consider
minimizing time spent in crowded environments.
For employers, will resume unrestricted
staffing of worksites.
Visits to senior care facilities and
hospitals can resume, those who interact with residents or patients must be
diligent regarding hygiene.
Gyms can remain open following same
restrictions.
Bars may operate with increased standing
room occupancy, where applicable.
